Marcalliance has a simple and cohesive management structure, ensuring full transparency among the Alliance’s members. We work effectively and efficiently.
We hold at least one General Meeting a year, where all Member firms vote on standard matters such as our budget, our yearly performance, and the appointment of new members to the Management Board.
The decision on whether to admit new Member law firms, the establishment of the Alliance’s strategy plus many other duties, rest with the Management Board, which conducts and manages the Alliance’s activities. The Management Board is elected by the General Meeting.
Our functioning is governed by two internal documents approved by Members in General Meeting.
