Yesteday morning in the Bless Hotel in Madrid, BLP Legal, the Marcalliance member in Central America, along with the Latin Counsel and CIAR Global gathered over fifty participants around an interesting panel about Infrastructures in Central America: Opportunities and Conflict Resolution.

David Gutierrez, Co Founder, Partner and Head of the BLP representation office in Madrid, Spain, introduced three outstanding speakers that were moderated by Manfred Peters from the Latin Counsel: Mauricio Salas , BLP Head of Conflic Resolution, Luis Ortiz BLP Head of Public Law and Noelia Marcos, journalist and Head of the leading publication on arbitration CIAR Global.
