The Marcalliance Board of Directors has unanimously approved the incorporation of the Romanian law firm IABLONSCHI & ASOCIAȚII, with effects from December 1st 2024.
IABLONSCHI & ASOCIAȚII is a Bucharest-based law firm born in 2018 founded by Ionut Iablonschi, who will also be the Contact Partner for Marcalliance.
IABLONSCHI’s four stronger practice areas are Dispute Resolution (focusing in Tax controversy), Real Estate, Commercial/M& A and Competition and Energy Law. The firm is versed in providing assistance to clients in different sectors such as Agribusiness, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Energy and Resources and Technology.
